The business has been engaged in construction projects as both Planning Supervisor and CDM Co-ordinator since its inception in 1999.
Clients include Local Authorities, Property Developers, Commercial and Industrial companies with projects ranging from £25K to £10 million.
We are recognised by our clients as being proactive and assisting in every way possible to ensure projects comply fully with the Regulations and meet the clients programme.
We provide a very cost effective service in this area, and we are therefore never short of active assignments.
This area is directly managed by our Managing Director, Sandy Jennings who is a Chartered Member of IOSH (CMIOSH), and a Registered Member of the Association for Project Safety (RMaPS).
Jennings Safety Services Ltd is a corporate member of MaPS and the company manages all projects within the ISO9001 standard.
A CDM-C is required for all notifiable projects: i.e. those exceeding the 30 working days or 500 person days limit.
