Sandy Jennings started off life as a Mechanical Engineer moving to India at the age of 20 to take up the post of a Tea Estates Engineer in Assam.

He spent 6 years in India. Following his return to the UK he became a Production Manager in the Breakfast Cereals industry on the Wirral.

In a career spanning some 25 years he worked in Food Processing at Senior Management levels for companies such as K.P Snackfoods, Rank Hovis McDougall, Ross Youngs etc.

During that time he headed up and worked on a number of major development projects, building new factories/extensions, equipping them, commissioning them etc.

He has spent the last decade as a Health & Safety Consultant and has developed this business since its inception in 1999. Sandy now tends to specialise on construction and in particular CDM where his past expertise of projects and people are invaluable.

The business now serves a wide range of Clients with blue chip companies on major projects to Local Authority Projects and small developer housing projects.

Projects range from £25k to £10m.

He has an excellent reputation within the industry for his ability to deal with personnel and problems at all levels, and his innovative approach to assisting the control and co-ordination of projects to a safe conclusion.

The business are Corporate Members of the Association for Project Safety and he is a Registered Member. A registered member is recognised as having the competence required to be a CDM Co-ordinator.

Additionally he is also a Chartered Member of the IOSH, and is an active partner in the HSE sponsored WWT North Wales Group.
